Wanna set yourself up for 𝑺𝑼𝑪𝑪𝑬𝑺𝑺?!
I don’t know about you, but there have definitely been times where I find myself answering the same questions over and over again....trying to sound as smart as I did the last time I answered it lol
Well, friends....here is where quick replies come into play.
🎀 Figure out FAQs and write out your answers for Instagram Replies ~ you can copy a recent answer or draft a new one. Maybe they’re about business hours, your prices, tutorials, etc.
— 🔑 make sure the voice and tone of your answer align with your brand.
🎀 Create your IG Quick Reply ~ there are three ways to do this:
—🔑 1. To create one from scratch, you will need to be in a direct message chat thread with one or more recipients. Tap the three-dot chat bubble in the message field and a “Respond Instantly” box pop up! Tap New Quick Reply or the ‘+’ icon to set up your first reply. Type your message and then create a shortcut (shortcut is 15 characters in length max). Tap the checkmark and save!
— 🔑 2. Create a new quick reply from an existing message by opening the message thread where the answer to your FAQ is, tap and hold your answer and choose from the pop up screen “Save Quick Reply”. Your message will automatically appear in the message field, you can edit any information here, create your shortcut tap the checkmark and save!
— 🔑 3. Go to your profile and click the three lines at the top to open your settings. Select settings and navigate to the business setting section and tap ‘Quick Replies’. Follow the steps mentioned above to create, edit, and save your quick reply!
🎀 Once they’ve been created, you can either use those same three dots in the chat bubble (direct message field) to see your saved replies OR use your special shortcut you created (tap the blue quick reply icon to automatically insert the message).
Don’t forget to personalize your message to people so it has more meaning, but trust me this will take a LOT of the work off your plate!!
